Raise Awareness About Sleep Health

Promote knowledge about the importance of sleep for students’ cognitive function, emotional well-being, and academic success through events, social media, and engagements.

Conduct Research and Surveys

Collect and analyze data on student sleep patterns and mental health to help the student body better understand the needs of different communities and advocate for positive change for students.

Make Wellness Inclusive and Accessible

Ensure that students from all backgrounds — regardless of culture, race, or income — have access to the tools and support needed for healthy sleep and mental health.

Create Student-Led Wellness Chapters

Build a national (or even global) network of student leaders who host events, lead peer discussions, and spread healthy sleep habits in their schools to improve student health.
