What is it?
- We are conducting a survey among middle school to high school students from everywhere of all backgrounds and demographics to better understand how habits or certain traits can have a correlation or possible causation to sleep health and sleep time.

Sleep Well Learn Well (SWLW) is a student-led nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of sleep health among students. We believe that by promoting better sleep habits and researching sleep patterns, we can help students improve their academic performance and overall well-being.
